Boardwalk at Bricktown
Boardwalk at Bricktown is a large-scale mixed-use development envisioned as a new landmark destination in downtown Oklahoma City. Developed by Matteson Capital, the project is designed by AO with experiential and entertainment planning by Thinkbox. The multi-tower district integrates residential, hospitality, retail, and entertainment uses, creating a vibrant, walkable environment along the Bricktown waterfront. Through a combination of iconic architecture, activated public spaces, and immersive programming, Boardwalk at Bricktown aims to redefine the city’s skyline while serving as a catalyst for long-term economic growth and urban revitalization.
