Philip Doyle is an experienced real estate developer and construction professional with over twenty-five years in the industry. He has a demonstrated history of overseeing the purchase of existing or undeveloped single and multifamily residential real estate, making improvements to any buildings or constructing new buildings, and selling or leasing the improved land or buildings for profit. With intimate knowledge of every step in the real estate development process, Phil excels in financing, capital raising, deal analysis, land acquisition, and negotiating with zoning officials to secure permits. He is also adept at managing the labor force for commercial or residential projects, overseeing budgets, and leading sales teams. In addition to his extensive experience in real estate development, Philip has been a fund manager for the past five years, managing a $100 million debt fund. As an owner, he leverages his unparalleled experience to provide enormous value by heading the capital markets and management department, advising his team through the entire underwriting process, and securing successful loan transactions.
