Robert B. Farrell has a distinguished career in real estate development and asset management, having held executive positions with renowned companies such as Bechtel Group, Irvine Company, Koll Company, Robert M. Bass Group (American Savings Bank), and Centurion Partners, which includes financing partners Goldman Sachs and Canyon Johnson.
In his career, Robert has been instrumental in several high-profile projects. As Senior Vice President, he led the development of an $80-million, 350,000-square-foot retail entertainment center in Houston, Texas, and a $120-million, 740,000-square-foot center in Novi, Michigan. He served as Managing Director for the rehabilitation of Hotel ICON, a 135-room four-star Marriott hotel in Houston, and managed the redevelopment and construction of a 210,000-square-foot office building for the County of Orange.
Robert's expertise extends to managing significant portfolios and pre-development activities.
